Join Dana Cohen, LCSW and Jennifer Kogan, LICSW for the first of two scheduled evenings as we explore Jewish identity, psychological safety, and resilience, while learning practical tools to feel more equipped and hopeful when navigating these challenging times. Given how much the Jewish community is carrying right now, especially with the rise in antisemitism and antizionism, our focus is on offering both clear, grounded education and trauma-informed tools that help people feel more steady and supported in real time.
We at NA'AMAT firmly believe that cultivating our own well-being is the necessary foundation for offering meaningful, lasting support to others.
